Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most new, unused items in original packaging. Custom or made‑to‑order items may be non‑returnable.

Item Condition

  • Products must be unused and free of installation marks.
  • Include all accessories, literature, and original boxes.
  • Items returned in non‑resalable condition may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal.

How to Start a Return

  1. Locate your order number and item details.
  2. Contact us at vendor@sapleangle.site or (800) 562-5267 for an RMA.
  3. Package items securely and include the RMA number on the label.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after inspection. Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
